I only come here to see NP Felicia Rozier. All doctors could learn a lot from her. She treats people one at a time like it should be. She made me feel cared for as a person. Healthcare needs to focus more on quality of care like it used to be not how many people they can get in and out of their office a day. NP Rozier has given me hope that good care may still be out there and I found it with her. Thank you for quality care and treating me like a person and not a number.
I can say that meeting Dr. Shetty has made me decide to seek care elsewhere. As a new patient coming in with pain and simply looking for guidance on next steps, I was disappointed by his lack of compassion and sincerity. During the exam, I tried to express that his roughness while examining my chest was aggravating my current pain in that area, but he seemed to disregard my concerns entirely. Marquita is awesome! She assists patients with the utmost care, and her positive, upbeat attitude truly stands out. Even when things seemed a bit out of sync, she remained professional and kind. I’m thankful for people like her! The front desk experience could use some improvement in how patients are greeted and assisted. I understand that the role can be demanding, but a consistent level of courtesy and professionalism makes a meaningful difference.
I was a new patient today Mrs. Felicia is the best and her nurse that help me. I can’t even express how comfortable I was sharing very sensitive information with both ladies. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. I’m so thankful I found them.
