My experience was absolutely fantastic! O saw NP Felecia Rozier. She has amazing “bedside manners” and truly shows genuine concern for her patients’ health and well-being. She walks in with a bright, welcoming smile and is incredibly thorough. I left feeling confident, cared for, and genuinely appreciated!
Friendly professional service. The place has had a much needed makeover. Todd was funny and knew his stuff when it came to blood pressure. John the nurse practitioner needs 10 stars. Very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. With these new people and new look I feel good recommending the Warner robins off.
Houston Southeast care in Warner Robins is special medical practice. The doctors and nurses and staff are professional and possesss excellent and you know it when you visit them. Dr. Shetty and especially nurse practitioner; Linda treat me very well. Im always there it seems. Mary has been there forever. She sets ur appointments and referrals up with you directly. Love some of the nurses. But this office needs to do better. Its nasty. Its never no soap in the bathrooms. Sharps containers over flowing in rooms. Tissue not stocked in bathrooms while smelling like 100 day old urine. Some places look and smell like it haven't had a cleaning in forever and I'm unsure if they even have hotwater for hand washing
It really pains me to write this review, because the office started off so strong. The past couple of months have been horrible with the Warner Robins location. Nobody calls you back when you leave messages. Getting a refill called in is the absolute worst. I suggest calling weeks in advance. If you need an appointment, good luck. I called with a serious problem after having to go to Urgent Care. They could fit me in two days later. I have recently experienced a canceled appointment because Fridays are half days.
