Everyone at this office has a great personality. They are so warm, friendly, and welcoming with their smiles. I love my doctor, she is very kind, helpful, and caring about me and my over all health. She always asks questions and gives the best advice.
I am beyond displeased. The service sucks. Beyond unprofessional. No results for blood works in almost 2 weeks but they want to be paid. Really. This place needs to be shut down. It lacks competence in patient care. Blood works results requires 72 hrs period. Not even a phone call. What is your purpose? Sad disregard for clients well being. Dr.Shetty and Staff have been my primary care providers, for over ten years! They are the very best! Friendly ,courteous, patient, knowledgeable and professional. I've experienced no negative experiences involving Dr. Shetty nor his Staff. I am more than grateful and appreciate their expertise! I highly recommend them. Thanks!
The atmosphere of this place is immaculate! the staff was super friendly! this was the first time in a long time that i have felt welcomed and actually listened to by a doctor’s office! i came in with my issues &’ they got resolved and still getting resolved! if you’re looking for a place to call home and feel like family when it comes to a doctors office - this is the place for you!! you’ll love it and won’t regret it!
I love this doctor’s office. Everyone there is so nice. I haven’t met a doctor I have not liked to see. They all listen to your needs and help you in anyway they can. The ladies in the front are very nice and good at what they do. Do not want to forget about the nice ladies that do triage. Recommend this doctor’s office to anyone. Best one I been to in a longtime and I work in the medical field. My mom has went to this doctor and my aunt. We love this place would not ask for any better.
