I asked for a spray of pink flowers of different types (i.e., roses lilies, carnations). I received a group of pink and red silk roses. I was able to speak to the owner, who was concerned that they hadn't properly filled my order. She promised to speak personally with the person who took my order to ensure they're clarifying what the customer wants.

The place I got a large balloon for a sweet 16 birthday girl was out of helium. After helping me out with that, the puzzle piece of a ballon was expertly put together by the very nice woman at the store! Success!!

I had a beautiful bouquet of flowers sent to a friend in Alexandria, La from where I live in California. Even though I didn’t personally pick out the flowers, I received a photo from my friend. They were just as gorgeous as the sales photo and she received the flowers on time. Thanks, House of Flowers! Sara

I live out of state (Arizona) and the ladies at Showers of Flowers are always very accommodating in arranging flowers for family cemetery. They have even offered to put flowers on graves when I'm not there. Always awesome.

Had nice tapestry but didn't really have much of a selection of flowers, only had 1 fish they could add to the arrangement and just a few outdoor greenery or cattails. The arrangement was for a man that hunted and fished. Only had red roses in the live section of roses.
