Do not use this company or any of their agents or support staff. Not only do they lack customer service skills they inform you that they are going to evaluate you on wether they feel you are reasonable enough to deal with or not so that they can make money off of you. Work with people who have developed enough to understand the stresses and importance of these decisions and answers that are accurate. Melissa was so awesome to work with on a couple of properties. We had to work with Melissa by phone, texts and emails since we live out of state.
