Home buyers beware!! If you are looking for a home builder look elsewhere!!! My home is not even 2 years old and I have 3 buckets in my attic right now catching water!!! Quality control is non existent!! Cheap materials and cheap contractors that take no pride in their work!!! The painters dripped paint all over the concrete and my garage door and didn’t even bother cleaning it up!!! They just want to hurry up with the job and get paid!!! Robbing people of their hard earned money!!!
Homes By Gaurdian is a trustworthy home building company. Their construction is high quality! They made my custom home purchase an amazing experience. Definitely would use them again for a second home
