Home buyers beware!! If you are looking for a home builder look elsewhere!!! My home is not even 2 years old and I have 3 buckets in my attic right now catching water!!! Quality control is non existent!! Cheap materials and cheap contractors that take no pride in their work!!! The painters dripped paint all over the concrete and my garage door and didn’t even bother cleaning it up!!! They just want to hurry up with the job and get paid!!! Robbing people of their hard earned money!!!

I am quite happy with the warranty work done on my new home here in the newer section of the Pointe in Cheyenne. I am a first time homebuyer and whenever I had an issue that required immediate addressing, the warranty department was here in a matter of no time.
