I like their process of a manager coming to our house at our convenience to assess our needs. The manager then comes to the house again to introduce the companions. Communication is done thoroughly and with care and the manager was very patient and likable. They were able to set up service quickly and with the hours we needed. My parents used Home Instead Senior Care and absolutely loved it. Their care giver Nancy was amazing. She was always on time did a wonderful job at whatever task my parents needed help with. She also provided some outside companionship for my mother (besides constant family) which my mother appreciated. I would recommend their service to any family in search of in home senior care. Very trusted staff and always answered my questions in a very timely manner.

My family and I engaged Home Instead to provide in-home extra care for our elderly mother more than three years ago. They have been consistent in providing quality, caring, responsive staff to care for her in her home on a regular basis. They assist me with her post-stroke daily living and supervision. We have been with Home Instead over a year now. The aides continue to be compassionate, knowledgeable, and reliable. Office staff does an amazing job of listening and responding to any concerns or changes we may have. We highly recommend them to anyone needing assistance for their loved ones.

After searching around looking for a Home Health Agency for aide services for my mom, as her primary caregiver, I found Home Instead and am glad for it. They are wonderful. Everyone, from the first contact with the representative to the intake nurse, the care coordinator and each of the aides we've worked with so far has been so professional, friendly and courteous.
