Top-notch, kind and compassionate care! The caregivers take a vested interest in my mother's personal interests and are very skilled in memory care. They actively help her enjoy the crafts she has always loved doing, but can't always remember due to cognitive decline. They discovered some sorely needed home repairs within the first 2 days of being hired. They stay on top of needed household items and grocery needs, and remember all her favorite food items. Let me tell you about the dumpster fire that this company truly is.. we were excited to start utilizing Home Instead for a family member and went through everything and just before our “caregiver” was about to start something told me to do a google search on this individual. Needless to say, it was appalling. This person has been convicted not only for multiple counts of identity theft but also theft, resisting arrest and failure to appear. We have had a great experience with home instead so far. The caregivers for my mom are wonderful. She does well with them and she is very happy. They are very caring and attentive . They feel like family and we feel good about having them assist in care for mom. Also great experience working with the office staff. They have made things easy to set up and work with. Would highly recommend.

Home Instead has provided caregivers for my father for over two years. He is over 100 years old. Initially he only needed assistance a couple of days per week. More recently he has required around the clock help. Erica, who handles the scheduling of caregivers, has been extremely responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Each and every one of the caregivers they have sent has been a gem. They have all been kind, caring and genuinely concerned about the welfare of our 84 year old friend who is recovering from hip surgery. We highly recommend them!
