We have had a great experience with home instead so far. The caregivers for my mom are wonderful. She does well with them and she is very happy. They are very caring and attentive . They feel like family and we feel good about having them assist in care for mom. Also great experience working with the office staff. They have made things easy to set up and work with. Would highly recommend.

Home Instead has provided caregivers for my father for over two years. He is over 100 years old. Initially he only needed assistance a couple of days per week. More recently he has required around the clock help. Erica, who handles the scheduling of caregivers, has been extremely responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Each and every one of the caregivers they have sent has been a gem. They have all been kind, caring and genuinely concerned about the welfare of our 84 year old friend who is recovering from hip surgery. We highly recommend them!
