This was the second time this year I had to use Home Instead. They were quick to send me qualified, caring and very professional people to take care of my mother. Cindy, Alexis and Cher were unbelievably wonderful. Tricia and Corrie too! I highly recommend this company and these angels.

I wanted to thank the staff at Home Instead in Berlin, We brought dad to Ocean City for a few days for Independence day. Dad is 90 and has dementia, but overall he does okay. We wanted to go out to dinner, and just escape for a few hours. Dad isn't able to get around much anymore. Having used Home Instead closer to home I found the Berlin branch online. If you are looking into Home care, you absolutely need to reach out to Crystal Heiser! She is one of the most passionate caring people I ever had the pleasure to work with. Crystal goes above and beyond to make sure your loved in is able to stay in their own home safe and secure and gets the best care possible!!

The lady that comes from Home Instead once a week is very sweet and comes and cleans my apartment. She knows what to do and completes her task efficiently She is a good employee and should get a raise.

We asked for in-home help and received it the next day. Every caregiver came to our home to meet us before beginning their shift in our home. I had to drop by the office or call about several insurance issues and it was very convenient for me to drive to the office and have a face to face solution immediately. I would recommend Home Instead to anyone needing in-home assistance.
