I now have both parents being serviced through Home Instead. The staff works well putting matched personnel with the client. Also, paperwork for insurance is done by the staff which is very helpful.

As a write out my 5th monthly calendar for my parents, I'm reminded of the excellent care of each caregiver. We have kind souls caring for my parents. My dad remarked that Kayla is pure goodness. My mom says the daytime staff treat her like a queen. Her health has improved with their care. The familiar faces create a sense of safety for them, especially at night.
