Joshua & the team were awesome to work with! While we were not experienced at all in selling a house, Joshua really walked us thru the whole process, and would re-explain things we didn’t understand as it all went along. If something needed attention at the house, Joshua was willing to make the trip out there on several occasions. It was wonderful to work with Josh in the home buying process. We entered it with a farther out timeline but then actually expedited the process way sooner than originally planned! Josh was able to help us navigate this process in a straight forward manner. He had excellent communication and was very flexible to our schedule, especially with a newborn.
