It was wonderful to work with Josh in the home buying process. We entered it with a farther out timeline but then actually expedited the process way sooner than originally planned! Josh was able to help us navigate this process in a straight forward manner. He had excellent communication and was very flexible to our schedule, especially with a newborn. He really wants the best for his homebuyers and you can sense that. I truly recommend Josh to any potential homebuyer!

Joshua & the team were awesome to work with! While we were not experienced at all in selling a house, Joshua really walked us thru the whole process, and would re-explain things we didn’t understand as it all went along. Beth was very helpful, answered emails and texts in a timely manner and answered all questions I had about the same of a trust property. She was positive and knew the area comparisons and knowledgeable of the market. We lived out of state and it was a pleasure to meet Beth Lynden Johnson in person!

Josh’s expertise with the VA helped so much when my husband separated from the military and we were buying our first home together. He went above and beyond to make the process smooth, answered our questions even if we had a late night inquiry or reached out on weekends, and had a lot of knowledge about all the areas we looked at living in. Joshua was amazing!! We moved across the country and he helped make the process so easy. He communicated every step of the way, adjusted to our schedule coming from out of town, etc. I could not have asked for a more flawless process and transition. I highly recommend Joshua and his whole team!!!
