Ben was on top of things the whole time we searched for a home. I’m thankful for the ones that didn’t happen with out bids or whatever the reason I lost out on an offer. His response time for the property I got was crucial. I saw it list for the house I got with fresh list of 22 On Zillow and he was in town and hour and half later making me the first one to view it. 25 Plus others were behind me and I got it with a strong offer.
