Great service! Kept me well informed on what was going on! Definitely go back for future eye exams. Many choices on frame styles, just felt the prices were a little higher then what I was expecting.

This place keeps overcharging me for my glasses. They once again tried to charge me over 400$ for my co pay. I had it straightened out with the lady taking my order. Then when I got back up to cashier she told me it was over 400$ again. I told her with insurance we have it's not supposed to be that much. She told me I paid 470$ about 2 years ago on my last pair. I told her to hold off. Got a phone call about an hour later saying I was correct and my co charge for my new pair was 230$ approx. I got my new pair but they don't ... read more

All of the staff is so friendly, they always make an effort to remember a patient’s name and face! My technician, Ann, was so kind and professional. I’ve had her a few times now and she always makes an effort to make a patient comfortable by conversation! She made my multiple experiences enjoyable, and made sure to help select the perfect pair of frames for me as well! Super professional and comfortable environment :)

I love this office!! The staff are all friendly and professional. They are alvery thorough and have the most up-to-date technologies to keep track of my eye health, since I am a diabetic with a family history of both glaucoma and diabetic retinopathy. They also always try to find you the best deal possible and offer plans and rebates to keep your eye care affordable. My family has been a customer for a while, but not anymore. We switched insurance providers and even though my insurance will gladly cover the services provided, Hockemeyer has decided they will make me submit for reimbursement instead of submitting it themselves. I even had the insurance provider contact them and explain that everything is covered and all they have to do is submit it. Hockemeyer said that it "might" take them too long to pay, so you have to submit it yourself and pay us immediately. For a company that pride... read more
