Was felt very comfortable and very welcomed from the first step in the door. All the way from the front to the exit everyone answered any questions I had and very warm and friendly. Appreciate as I had procedures done she knew whether my insurance would cover or if I would be responsible. Remind you, I came in with a new insurance card and my wait time was minimal. They were very thorough and I felt I was in good hands. Set up my yearly exam without a question of whether to come back or not! Worth the 27 minute drive!

I was debating replacing my glasses because they were still in good condition and my prescription had only changed slightly. I asked the Optician to quote me new glasses. I told her to quote the same frame and lenses that I currently had. For some reason she decided that she needed to remove my lenses and broke my frame in two places trying to put the lenses back in. Excellent! Hockemeyer eye care seems to be an excellent practice. They were prompt, efficient and informative. Staff were all personable and accommodating.

Just happened to mention to my best friend that goes to church with Dr. HockeMeyer, that I was interested in finding a new eye doctor. Could she recommend one? From start to finish, everyone was very friendly, kind, efficient and knowledgeable. I feel like I am in great hands And that my needs will be taken care of. 💜

I lost a screw in may glasses and stopped by without an appointment. The staff was awesome, working me in for repair. While in the office they confirmed my annual appointment that I had missed putting on my calendar. First class customer service.
