Dr. Hislop and all the staff were amazing! I took my 3 year old son who was really nervous to go to the dentist. The hygienist, Jenni, especially took so much time with him and made him feel extremely comfortable. She was so sweet and went above and beyond to make sure he was ok every step of the way. Dr. Hislop took my son in for an emergency visit because he chipped about 1/2 of two of his front teeth. She spoke to him so sweetly to encourage him to experience calmness and peace. He was really scared. She gave him multiple shots and he didn't even feel anything because she created a safe, calming environment for him. When she showed him his teeth after she fixed him up, he said wow. It was truly incredible work, like his chipped teeth didn't even happen. So thankful for her!
I had an urgent dental issue today (a broken tooth with an exposed nerve), and Hislop & Lepak Family Dentistry went above and beyond for me. From my very first phone call, they recognized the urgency of my situation and made room to see me almost right away, something I truly appreciated. Every member of the staff was phenomenal: kind, efficient, and reassuring. My visits to this Dentist office are very pleasant. I have been going here, since 1980 or before. The Dentist office is not my favorite place to go but here they listen to you if you have a problem and help find and answer for you. I would recommend this office and have done so in the past. I came in July to get my teeth clean. It was my first time at this office based on the recommendation from my coworker. I had a nice experience with the cleaning. The lady was so nice and gentle on my teeth. However, When Dr. Hislop came in To check on my teeth, She told me that I need to do a fill in on my left and right bottom molar Because I grind down my teeth so much.
