RecommendedMy car battery had to be jumped last night. I was lucky that it started this morning, so I drove to Hicks first thing in the morning and asked if there was any way they could put a battery in my car in time for me to get my 97 year old mother to her Dr appointment on time. Gary answered the phone and said bring it in. No attitude, no hesitation. They took it in and put in a new battery. AMAZING service! They just got a new customer!
RecommendedExcellent service, they don’t take advantage and try to price gouge when a woman brings her vehicle in which is a very good experience. I make the drive to this mechanic for all our vehicles, it’s close to my job. I have recommended to my coworkers and they are also extremely satisfied with services. Friendly, helpful, honest and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend.
