Called them out for a blown out line underground, had most of it dug out before they got there. The guy worked for an hour and ten minutes put in a temporary splice explaining that he didn't have what he needed to do a permanent splice on the truck and that someone would be back out the following morning with the proper equipment. Henderson Electric in Palestine, TX, is the best. We had to call due to a power outage from our old braker box. They were there in a very short time period. They installed a new pole and braker box within a few hours. The pricing is great, and the electricians are very professional. I will be calling them again if we need anything. 5 plus stars from us.

Henderson Electric are greedy vultures. They CHARGE their customers 3% extra to pay for their already overpriced services when the customer pays by credit card. They either don't know how to process credit card payments or they're too lazy to process the payments themselves, so they farm out the payments to an outside company and force their customers to pay extra. After Big Creek Materials, LLC (BC Materials,LLC) ripped the power lines from my house, a 911 call to dispatch fire department, Oncor reconnected the lines to my house, Shane with Henderson Electric came out within the hoir to check my home wiring system. Fast, friendly service. Even the dispatch lady was friendly and helpful with getting the guys out to my house as fast as possible. Thank you!
