Have been trying to get them to come out to us for almost 2 months now, told us it would be about 2 weeks at first, didn't happen so they told us their electrician was sick and now have just been telling us they'll come out and never have lol. Wish I could write a review on their service but never got it

Called them out for a blown out line underground, had most of it dug out before they got there. The guy worked for an hour and ten minutes put in a temporary splice explaining that he didn't have what he needed to do a permanent splice on the truck and that someone would be back out the following morning with the proper equipment. Cool okay, things happen. Sent two guys out the second day, still showed up without what they needed. We are extremely grateful to Henderson Electric for their help after my mother’s electrical panel caught fire. They came out the same day (on the weekend) and replaced the panel - efficient and professional - her electricity was back on by that evening!

Henderson Electric in Palestine, TX, is the best. We had to call due to a power outage from our old braker box. They were there in a very short time period. They installed a new pole and braker box within a few hours. The pricing is great, and the electricians are very professional. I will be calling them again if we need anything. 5 plus stars from us.
