Heggeman is the only one I will use for my plumbing problems. They are very efficient, caring, and respectful. They do what is needed and not more.
They knocked a good size tree over, then left it. It's still there being held up by another tree. They didn't level yard after putting septic and drain field in. Left huge rocks. It looks terrible. Neighbor tripped over it while walking back there. Everyone that sees it comments about how they can't believe a company would leave such a disaster behind. Whenever we have a plumbing problem, we always call Heggemann first. They are generally very responsive, courteous and caring. We have not had any problems with the quality of their work. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing assistance.
When I tell you Bob did that shampoo bowl install...I mean He did it!!! I am so Blessed to have had Bob as my Technician with Heggemann, Inc. He was professional, efficient, treated me with respect as a small business owner, and you could tell He knew his stuff! I will definitely use this company again. It was worth every penny. Service arrived promptly and got right to work! He was honest about the potential for additional work to be done but reassured us that we were in good shape short term. I would absolutely call them again !
