I have became associated with Thigpen audiology in 2023 when I moved to Tennessee from Florida. I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received from them. The business changed hands in mid 2024 some of the old staff is still there. Service has remained top Notch . I recently had a problem with my hearing aids. Called the office and left a message. They called me back that day, ask if I could come in that day so they could check my hearing aids. They cleaned serviced and had my hearing aids back to me within 30 to 45 f... read more
A wonderful experience! Extremely friendly, courteous, concerned, and professional in all respects!
