Great place!! Would recommend any one that has trouble hearing to visit them. Ever one I have seen here has been very nice and helpful.
From my first appointment to any services needed, I am always greeted with a smile and friendly caring atmosphere, any problems I have encountered, they always see me the same day or very quickly. I would highly recommend Thigpen audiology to anyone with hearing problems. For over 35 years, I have seen many audiologists, in several different states and Thigpen tops them all by far. I am very pleased with my hearing aids and service.
Time to get new hearing aids for my husband and we chose Thigpen Audiology in Tullahoma being close to home. Great experience from start to finish. As we were leaving on an extended vacation, Lauren worked to get his hearing aids in only a few days. Very through training and instruction in using the new aids.. Very happy with the service...professional, caring, personable. Would recommend.
Amazing and caring staff. I have different hearing loss challenges. They take their time explaining everything. I just purchased a new pair of hearing aids and I felt absolutely no pressure to choose the most expensive like I’ve experienced.
