Great service, they persevered several rounds of getting my custom earmolds properly created by the manufacturer, and in the end we got them right! We took the time in fitting to perform real ear measurement (REM) and it made all the difference. Highly recommended!
Felt at ease when talking to them about my issues! very informative! Time very short didn’t take that long! In and out about 25 mins I guess! Left there feeling very positive about my experience! I would highly recommend them! Thank you Rick Garland
