I appreciate the staff fitting me in for an unscheduled appointment. They were very considerant and sent my hearing aids for repair or replacement and furnished me with loaners until mine are repaired. The staff was very professional.
Short wait time. Very friendly front desk ladies. The Audiologist was fantastic. Very informative, kind, and we got results and solution same day.
Staff extremely knowledgeable; explaining new hearing aids and accessories. Set everything up for me, with followup scheduled after trial period. Thank you.
I have been putting off having a hearing test far to long I should have had it done years ago Doctor Kosan did the test I was happy with the results and will soon have hearing aids
I have nothing but praise for the staff at Hear TN in Dickson, TN. I appeared for my appointment and was quickly checked in and only had a momentary wait to be seen by the doctor. Dr. Jumper was congenial and very helpful. I would highly recommend these folks to anyone seeking help with hearing loss.
