I highly recommend Hearken Hearing. My experience was smooth and informative. The Hearing Specialist answered all my questions and made me feel like 'I was in good hands'. The receptionist had a big smile when we walked in the door and offered beverages with snacks as we waited to be seen. I appreciate their kindness. Thank you Hearken Hearing.

I came with wax buildup. The staff removed the wax and i am very impressed with the care they provided me. The receptionist was so very kind and accommodating.

Dr Pettit was able to get my prescription at the perfect setting for me. I've been going to him since 2016. Nan, Linda, Kendall and Dr Pettit really care.

Everyone cheerful, helpful, and knowledgeable as to how to address my particular hearing problem. Kendall has made my transition into using hearing aid a very easy and comfortable experience. I highly recommend recommend Hearken!

Dr. Benjamin Petit is very personable and also very good at what he does. He takes the time to ask questions and understand your needs, and is very thorough in his examination. It was well worth a 3 hour drive to get this level of care! (Update: I recently had a follow-up visit which was done remotely by a phone app which connects him to my hearing aids; he was able to make the adjustment I needed without me needing to leave my house, and he was able to do what I needed quickly and remotely!)
