Today was my first visit to the Hearing and Ear Care Center here in Mount Joy. I had been to another hearing and ear care center in Hershey 1.5 years ago, but wanted to try somewhere closer to where we live. From the moment I walked in to the center in Mount Joy, I was made to feel welcome and appreciated. Cassandra was not only professional, but warm and friendly as well. Shirley and I were so very pleased with our aural examination performed by Dr. Frey. She was extremely conscientious and took the time to explain the results of the test so that we had a complete understanding of our exam. I needed a new hearing center, so read the reviews and decided to try it. Am so glad I did. The audiologist was great and I was very impressed. She completely took control of the situation and suggested what I needed to improve my hearing. Am sure glad I did. Thumbs up for this place!
Very nice office. Everybody was great with help for supplies and other items. Lost my hearing aid kit and the folks here were kind enough to help and got a new case and cleaning kit. Made it easy to make an appointment and helpful with checking insurance coverage. Very nice visit here and staff was wonderful.
I was delighted to find the Hearing & Ear Care Center right in Mount Joy, two miles away! My appreciation blossomed with the personal yet professional style of both Dr. Frey and Cassandra.
