Dr Frey, who I found to be very personable, spent a lot of time with me as a new patient, listening to my entire history and answering all of my questions. She treated me holistically and counseled me, without over-treating me. I would recommend her to friends and family

They examined me on short notice, because the ear, nose, and throat doctors wouldn’t see me without a hearing test. After my paperwork was filled out, Dr. Frey examined and tested me promptly. She was clear and concise with her assessment. I would definitely recommend Hearing and Eye Care Center.

I’ve seen several audiologists since I received my first pair of hearing aids 15 years ago. This is by far my best experience! Drs Hartman and Frey are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and compassionate. Their “bedside manner” exceeds expectations! Patient care/customer service is top-notch, as Caschandra is very considerate and accommodating. Everyone at HAECC goes above and beyond by indulging my many questions, and helping me attain the best possible outcome for my communication skills. I highly recommend this practice.

I always feel the personal attention and feel personally cared for whenever I see Dr. Fry or drop by the office and Cassandra meets my needs. Very caring and knowledgeable staff.
