The follow-on appointment I had went very well! I even received a new, tailored setting for my hearing aids that helps conversation understanding in high-noise environments (like noisy restaurants). I have been pleased with th competency and rapport with every visit.

Dr Frey addressed my concerns quickly and efficiently. She provided a replacement device while my own can be repaired. As always, she and her receptionist were friendly and professional.

Dr Frey, who I found to be very personable, spent a lot of time with me as a new patient, listening to my entire history and answering all of my questions. She treated me holistically and counseled me, without over-treating me. I would recommend her to friends and family

Second time I am trying to answer and rate you because I am horrible at these devices and I won't remember all the nice things I said about you. But here goes round 2. I really appreciated what the doctor and receptionist did to help me with my hearing aid problem. They were kind and very patient with my lack of knowledge. I can understand why they are phasing out the drop-in people like me but I am sure going to miss it. Thank you for all you do.
