She explained my hearing losses and recommended hearing aids (computer programed in minutes), which I received immediately. Using hearing aids has made GREAT differences in my daily living. The staff and Dr Frey always make me feel welcomed and ask about me as a person before asking how I'm doing as a client. Dr. Frey has always taken the time to fully explain and answer my questions. She has always been available to troubleshoot issues and I never feel like I'm being rushed or my questions are trivial. The building is small, but the benefits of going here has been huge for me!
