Dr Frey, who I found to be very personable, spent a lot of time with me as a new patient, listening to my entire history and answering all of my questions. She treated me holistically and counseled me, without over-treating me. I would recommend her to friends and family
They examined me on short notice, because the ear, nose, and throat doctors wouldn’t see me without a hearing test. After my paperwork was filled out, Dr. Frey examined and tested me promptly. She was clear and concise with her assessment. I would definitely recommend Hearing and Eye Care Center.
I always feel the personal attention and feel personally cared for whenever I see Dr. Fry or drop by the office and Cassandra meets my needs. Very caring and knowledgeable staff.
I was very pleased with the professional attention and service I received. Dr Frey was thorough in her exam and explanation of my hearing test results.
The staff is very polite. They explain everything so you can understand what they’re doing. I would recommend them to anyone that is having trouble hearing.
