I have been going to the Hearing & Ear Care Center for several years, and I have always had a pleasant experience. Everyone is professional, courteous, and helpful. I appreciate that they dedicate the time necessary to do things right. They demonstrate a real commitment to the patient.

Had an excellent hearing exam by Debbie Frey, a licensed audiologist at the Hearing and Ear Care Center in Mt Joy PA. Carry the Oticon hearing aid that is a high end brand. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Dr. Frey. Today was my second visit since moving to Mount Joy. She took care of some wax in one of my ears before starting the hearing test. Dr. Frey explains the test results in an understandable way. Cassandra, who works at the front desk, is the best!

I am so extremely thankful for the care I received at that facility. Both the receptionist and Dr here were both very friendly. The doctor was pleasant to talk with, friendly in nature but also informative and clear. She really encouraged me. I'm glad that I went to this place. If you have any questions on your hearing ability, I would encourage anybody to come here for a hearing test and expertise concerning your ears. A+++

Was a positive experience. Before I had made the appointment the staff was able to confirm that they were in network. Dr Frey was pleasant and helpful in walking me through my appointment explaining the tests and results and providing me with a remedy for some wax build-up in one of my ears. She did not try to remove the wax herself, she knew that my insurance company would not pay for that procedure. It seemed she wanted me to avoid getting hit with a bill.
