Dr. Frey and Cassandra are the BEST. Both Dr. Frey and Cassandra are always professional, in addition to being kind and thoughtful. Dr. Frey is so knowledgeable regarding hearing and ear care, and I have always received excellent care. I highly recommend their hearing care services.
Had an excellent hearing exam by Debbie Frey, a licensed audiologist at the Hearing and Ear Care Center in Mt Joy PA. Carry the Oticon hearing aid that is a high end brand. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Dr. Frey at the Hearing & Ear Care Center in Mount Joy since 2014. Even when living in Phoenix, AZ to help out my father for four years, I continued to see her during my visits here. She cares, I hear better due to the great hearing aids she recommends, and I feel this office really cares about you, not just as a patient, but as a human being. I feel more like a friend! I am so extremely thankful for the care I received at that facility. Both the receptionist and Dr here were both very friendly. The doctor was pleasant to talk with, friendly in nature but also informative and clear. She really encouraged me. I'm glad that I went to this place. If you have any questions on your hearing ability, I would encourage anybody to come here for a hearing test and expertise concerning your ears. A+++
