Dr Cortney Van Ausdal was very friendly and she gave a thorough examination. She was very informative and explained everything to me so that I had a better understanding of my condition. I plan on returning in future if necessary.

From access to egress my experience with the staff and facility was exemplary. Everyone was friendly, professional and amenable. Courtney was composed and empathetic to my needs. She gave me the impression of having my best interest in mind. I fully recommend this establishment.

First time patient. Only had hearing tests in the army prior to this. Explained everything in the proceess very well. I felt at ease and relaxed. Answered my questions completely and satisfactory. Pleasure to work with. .

Cortney VanAusdal, the newest member of the Lebanon office, is amazing! Linda Hartman, whom we've always appreciated so much, did well when she hired Cortney! She is so patient and knowledgeable. She explained my husband's options honestly and did not promise more than the new hearing aids could deliver at this stage of his life. Other less reputable business wouldn't offer that truth as freely! She cares for the patient first and foremost. You can't ask for more than that!

I have been with Linda since she was the audiologist for an (for years retired now) ENT and was happy for her when she started her own audiology business. Going to her for so long, you might think I really trusted her …. well, I do. You have no questions when you leave because they have already been answered.
