I have to say that my experience with HearTN was excellent. Dr. Kacey Jumper was very attentive to my problems. She performed several tests upon my hearing to determine the problem I was having. These test were very thorough and she explained the results to me. She was very good at expaining the cause of my problems and what the best solution would be. Dr. Kacey Jumper is wonderful! Getting hearing aids is challenging the first couple of days, she walked me thru what to expect and she was there if I had any questions. I’ve now had my hearing aids several months, love them. HearTN is great!

Denial: That describes my state of mind concerning the loss of hearing. Due to my family's strong encouragement, I agreed to having a hearing test. I went to Hear TN in Nolensville and Darci, the office manager, was very pleasant. Then I met Dr, Kelsey Haldeman and she put me at ease right away. Excellent service to fit your need within your Insurance and financial guidelines. They Make sure you are hearing as well as expected with the product scope and have a year of free follow up visits to make sure you’re properly maintaining and making any products adjustments if needed.

I've been a patient over 3 years. We are so happy with the Nolensville location and staff. They are friendly, efficient, do not rush you, and explain test results and hearing needs thoroughly.
