Dr. Kacey Jumper is wonderful! Getting hearing aids is challenging the first couple of days, she walked me thru what to expect and she was there if I had any questions. I’ve now had my hearing aids several months, love them. HearTN is great!
Everyone was very nice from the front Desk to the Dr. Kelsey Haldeman. I was so happy to find a place to take care of my existing hearing aids and transfer everything from another state to them ......a southern welcome to Tennessee for me and my ears!!
If you are experiencing hearing issues you owe it to yourself to get tested. Dr. Jumper and the fine folks in Nolensville took such good care of me as well as my wife . The testing was top notch and what they can do with hearing aids nowadays is remarkable. Give them a try you won’t be sorry.
I have to say that my experience with HearTN was excellent. Dr. Kacey Jumper was very attentive to my problems. She performed several tests upon my hearing to determine the problem I was having. These test were very thorough and she explained the results to me. She was very good at expaining the cause of my problems and what the best solution would be. HearTN has been helping me with tinnitus with the Lenire device. 2 months in and I'm already seeing improvements. The audiologists and staff are wonderful. They are patient, informative and professional. Highly recommend.
