Had a cleaning of my hearing aids and it was discovered that my left ear hearing aid had a microphone that was not working so it was sent out for repair. Also my ears were cleaned of excess wax which improved my hearing. Felt very good about my visit.

I was the first patient in the afternoon and greeted by Dr. Bridget Lee who asked various questions regarding my hearing aides and my health in general. She wanted me to try a product that is sold in the office. Miracell for irritated/itchy ears. The staff has always been receptive to my needs which I appreciate. This is a very friendly and clean office.

Experience was great, greeted when I came in and after paperwork was turned in it wasn’t long before my hearing test started. Everything was explained and end results given. New hearing aids here I come!

We could not have asked for a better experience at HearTN, Spring Hill! From the reception to the time we left we felt very comfortable and welcomed. Dr. Lee is very personable and thorough, taking to time to get our history and the reason we came in. Testing was very comprehensive, gaining valuable knowledge and creating a plan to better hearing health. Highly recommend HearTN and the staff at the Spring Hill location.
