I didn’t have to wait long, it was only 5 minutes behind my scheduled appointment time. Dr Bridget Lee was very professional and explained the procedures very clearly so that I didn’t have any questions. I would recommend this facility/staff to everyone that needs a hearing evaluation. I’d rate my experience as excellent.
I had an EXCELLENT experience at HearTN today. This was my first visit. They were very informational about my hearing test and gave me options to look at. Very courteous as well as knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable!!! Jackie Werblun
Upon arriving at my scheduled appointment I was greeted by Cindy who checked me in and took my hearing aides to have them cleaned. A short time later Dr. Bridget Lee lead me into the examination room. We discussed the status of my hearing aides and what to expect at my future appointments. Happy it all went well.
I can not recommend Hear Tn enough. Dr. Lee is wonderful and has been so incredibly patient and helpful. My hearing loss has been a challenge but Dr. Lee was always encouraging and supportive. Great staff from the moment you walk in the door.
Had a cleaning of my hearing aids. Also my ears were cleaned of excess wax which improved my hearing. Felt very good about my visit. Always enjoy speedy and friendly and caring service.
