Highly recommend! Dr. Bridget is very knowledgeable and efficient and personable and helps me stay on top of my warranty. Cindy at the front desk is kind, friendly and helpful - always knows just what I need for my supplies. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else!
I had been a customer of another location in this hearing center's network for years and always had positive experiences. Unfortunately, my experience at this location has been very different. Since my first visit, I have felt that the audiologist's communication style was patronizing and, at times, confrontational. Spring Hill office is awesome! Everyone is always helpful and friendly. Dr. Lee and Dr. Jennifer are amazing and Cindy is the best!!!
I have never experienced a hearing test such as this before and I also learned so much. For years I have been completely unaware of hearing filters on my hearing aids. I will be making an appointment to have everything checked on both sets of my aids.
