It’s a daunting process when it comes to caring for the elderly and assuming responsibility for them! I did not know how to thank the people at Harbor Care from my contact Rachel to the aides that came to my home for their outstanding and exemplary service. Gratefully, the opportunity to review Harbor Care makes that possible. The people there are the most compassionate and loving. Based on the last two weeks of Harbor Care providing an aide for my mother 3 x a week 4 hours a day, my mother and I are very pleased with the aide and services provided. The same aide has been coming for the past two weeks is a plus and much better than having different aides rather than one steady aide. At first, it was like that with different aides but now that there is a steady aide coming who has adapted to handling my mother which in the long run makes everything run much smoother. Rachel Rosaio, Rachel Rosario, Rachel Rosario. This is a name you want to remember. The empathy she had for my mother and myself is unmatched. Empathy has been described as my pain in your heart. Rachel Rosario embodies that sentiment. I unfortunately had a bad experience with a coordinator at Harbor Care but the compassion and willingness to go above and beyond by Mrs. Rosario overshadowed that experience.
