Our experience with Hanvey has been extremely disappointing. We purchased a brand-new grooming van, and since taking delivery, we’ve experienced ongoing issues that have resulted in significant downtime and lost business revenue. What has been most frustrating is the lack of urgency in resolving these problems. Hanvey built us our first Pet Ambulance over 15 years ago. She's still going strong saving lives on the regular. This is a company you keep. Their quality and craftsmanship is undeniable. The proof is in the pudding!
Great videos/instructions on website but has failed me regarding any field “support”. Great in concept but completely useless. Cannot get ahold of any tech, let alone a call back in emergency situations (AC not working in my specific case). The videos regarding the AC are useless, they’re on Eastern Standard time (I’m in California)- and the tech I’ve spoken to before never even texted or responded back. Honestly wtf guys. Although I've always had great service from the sales and support team, today I received above and beyond service that I just must crow about! My 2021 Mercedes/Hanvey conversion was having A/C issues in the grooming area. It was blowing hot instead of cold air, and I was under the impression it was caused during a new alternator put in recently. I have bought two sprinter vans this year, and they are amazing!! I will be getting a idle free version as my third one next year! Grooming in a hanvey van just feels like you are S tier in the mobile dog grooming world. No other grooming conversion company compares!!
