My 90-minute massage with Hollie was incredible. I hadn't had a massage in quite a while and boy did I need it! She worked all the aches and pains out of my neck and lower back. She definitely is an asset to this Team!

This is THE place to get a deep tissue massage in Syracuse!!! Two of their therapists, Abigail and Terrance, have worked on my chronic low back and right knee issues and have both been fantastic. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Kyle has the “magic touch” in every massage he provides. He can get kinks out of neck and back. I 😃 Highly recommend him and his associates for providing professional services. The new location in North Syracuse, next to Hafner’s is also a peaceful locale.

Hand in Health is my go to for massage therapy. Being a LMT myself I find it hard to enjoy massages and don’t get them regularly. The clinic is always welcoming and puts you at ease before your session even starts. I had Hollie for my most recent massage, which was a birthday gift to myself. Hollie is wonderful! I get massages every few months, and since being in Syracuse I hadn't had a massage during which I felt truly relaxed until this one! I will be back for sure!
