My A/C unit would not stop running. I called Haisma Heating and Cooling. Derrick arrived promptly within the 2 hour time frame agreed upon. Derrick found the problem which was a switch which had "welded" itself open. He replaced it and checked over the complete system and made sure everything worked. He Emailed me a bill which I paid on the spot. I am very happy with the service and treatment that I received and will have them put in a new system when this 32 year old Amana system dies.

I had a problem with the outside A/C unit during a recent heat/humidity wave. I called the phone number on the sticker (after business hours) and left a message and was quickly contacted by the tech. We both agreed it was not an emergency ($$) and made an appointment for the next morning. **** the technician arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. Quick response. Quick diagnosis. Quick repair. This was for a rental and I didn't need to show, I just requested the repair, scheduled it and they billed me for the repair.

Responded quickly to my problem, received a call by 8:30 AM the morning after I sent a message. I was also able to schedule a service call for later that same day and it was handled with professionalism and courtesy. I would highly recommend!
