Our furnace went out on one of the coldest nights of the year. We were able to get someone out to look at the furnace the following day (which is very unusual) and unfortunately the heat exchanger was the problem. We opted to replace the furnace since it was 20 years old. We were able to meet with the sales people that same day. We selected our furnace and the following morning the new one was installed. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Haisma Heating & Cooling!
Had issue with furnace 2 days before Christmas. Called in pm hoping someone could come the next day. Technician was wrapping up his last appt and was able to come within a half hour. Was able to put in new motor to fix the problem. They only charge service fee plus parts . They dont charge by the hour. What a great company !

Haisma Heating & Cooling, Inc. is a very professional Company! They came to check our heating humidifier as it wasnt working properly. They actually found a cracked heat exchanger! If this hadnt been found it could have been deadly. They ordered the part and they legally had to shut it down, until it was repaired. They came the following Monday. Everything is working now and in good order. The gentleman who did the work was polite, on time, did his work with great expertise! We are very thankful!

Haisma Heating & Cooling installed an Aprilaire 500 humdifier in our home. The installation was installed the same week as my initial call. Installation took about an hour. The technician, Alfred, explained the operation and maintenance of the humidifier. He removed all the packaging and debris from the installation and left the area as clean as it was when he arrived. All of the sheet metal ductwork was sealed or taped as appropriate.
I have used them for furnace, air conditioning, water heater and humidifier. They always show up on time and are professional. They never leave a mess either. I recommend them!
