Picked up my item near closing & the entire process was fantastic. Great team from the lovely receptionist, agent, to the yard hand who helped load my electrical vault. Will definitely work with them again!
I had strong bars on my cell phone showing strong reception, but after the receptionist got frustrated because she couldn't understand an inquiry of whether they made and sold product in the local Seattle area, she played the, "hello, I can't hear you game." Need to tell your delivery driver he cant ge holding up traffic because he does not want to pull forward 40 feet and get off the road once he was finished off loading it's only respectful of the rest of the drivers out here. Working too. He had a safe place to move off the road and put away his shackles and straps. And wench down his lumber. Craig road 0920 he was empty just wasting time.
Whell if you need a man hole or vault. Bring a truck that can haul. We just got 7500 pounds of manhole extension.
