Best place to stay for Gulf Coast BnB Rentals. Our downtown location was within walking distance and Cindy communicated immediately. Definitely booking again at a later date.

We have stayed at the flamingo pad twice now, our host and her brother/ neighbor are always a delight and accommodating. Host is very accessible, house is always clean and had everything we needed. We'll definitely stay again!!

Horrible experience. The place was dirty old age wraggedy. I request a refund immediately . Even my 12 year old child was grossed out . The lady gave me a hard time taking bout i have 20 rentals and i know it’s not dirty , just no accepting of the places condition . I also have a Airbnb and i told her i do. Not like to complain but this is ridiculous And unacceptable. She still denied it was a horrible spot but told me she would refund me but she had meetings all day and it would be tomorrow because she is entirely to busy ... read more

Gulf Coast BNB managed my property. My home was never clean to my standards, every time I checked on things I would find sticky liquid on the coffee table, sand on the floor, previous guests socks on the floor, etc. They were not honest about their fees and kept more than 50% of the revenue. When asked to provide me a detailed list of expenses, fees and earnings I was told to refer to my contract. I would NOT recommend using Gulf Coast BNB rentals to manage your property.

My fiancé and I really enjoyed our multiple stays and our host is very accommodating, attentive, and helpful! The instructions were very clear for check out and there were plenty of recommendations to check out the local amenities. Great place and great host, highly recommend you to give them your business.
