2 stars because the correct services were provided. A lot of simple tasks seem like they are completely new to his secretary. Wrong addresses & phone numbers on provided documents. Constantly requesting corrections. There appears to be a general lack of communication between the owner and the secretary, which unfortunately the responsibility falls on the customer.
