The kindness of office staff and the veterinarian, Dana, and tech were professional and caring. Our cat, Hope can be challenging, however, everyone took the time to administer tender care to our special needs pet. We are very grateful and will continue to come here for all her care! Guilford veterinary hospital once again provided my pup and myself with excellent professional care. My girl needs a shot every month to help her with her arthritis and she leaves acting like a puppy every time. I highly recommend their services to anyone that owns a pet they always go beyond for the health and well being of your pets

Dr. DellaMonica is very personable, but the other vet I saw on a prior visit with our other dog was not (she did absolutely nothing to make my dog feel safe, no greetings/petting, and I’ve never seen her so nervous with anyone), which is why I gave three stars. Both the vet techs I’ve seen were very nice. Some of the people who answer the phone are great, others are rude, so it just depends who answers.

They have always showed my fur babies nothing but the best and they really care about the animals they provide care for. They make it their business to know you and your pet. I never feel like we are just another customer. I love how they give extra love to bully breed dogs. We never felt slighted by them like some bully breed vets have done in the past to us. I drive an hour away since me moved to keep them as a vet they are so worth it.
