Tough review to write. ... Enlisted the firm to handle a case in 2019 and would have given them 4 stars for the excellent outcome and an almost perfect experience. Then, last year, asked attorney Greene to consider another case. After emails with her followed by a very detailed 1-hour consultation, attorney Greene completely ghosted. She never followed up after asking for "a few weeks of grace" to make a decision on taking the case. Wouldn't respond to multiple emails, or even a hand-written mailed card asking if she was OK ... read more
