My first visit and I can't believe the efficiency! From quick call on to seeing the doctor, then quick x-rays then back to see the doctor with an excellent plan of action. Wow. Only thing I can say is it would be great if they could provide the new client questionnaire prior to the visit.
My visit with Dr Plucknette was truly enjoyable. Coming from a prior clinic where I had to wait hours just to be seen, only to be asked a few questions and practically push out the door, leading to severe clerical errors. Coming under his care was how care should be handled. He came in shortly after the nurse, made me feel valued and that my injury recovery was important. Great experience. Dr. Plucknette is a breath of fresh air and very confident. He was able to help me with my left index finger problem that other health care providers were not able to diagnosis. This is after months of testing and no resolution. The staff was very friendly and caring.
Excellent and timely care. Only issue I had recently was call to answering service in am of 5/6 was not returned. Was told I would have a call back within 30 minutes. This did not happen. I called back in 1 hr and 45 minutes. After that call, my care was excellent and timely. Receptionist at office ( Blue) was amazing. MRI was scheduled quickly.
I was very pleased with my visit! I was greeted promptly upon arrival by Blu, who was lovely and welcoming. I first had my X-rays taken and then met with David Paniccia, PA-C, who was incredible. He took the time to answer all of my questions, carefully reviewed my X-rays, clearly explained his findings, and suggested thoughtful next steps. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I felt well taken care of.
