I can't recommend them enough. I emailed them with my questions and they got right back to me. Zack was incredible, very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond. He did such a great job, we had him come back a 2nd time to replace the handles and locks on our other doors. Def give Zack a call if you need any work done. He's the best.

I have a very old house, built in 1910. I called Granite Lock with an issue with the front door. I thought I might have to get a deadbolt and drill into the woodwork of the door. Granite lock sent out their technician, Zack, within a day. Zack was extremely knowledgeable and explained the necessary repair.
