I fully intend on taking this very unprofessional company to court from the look of the last couple reviews. There's a few people that agree with me because of his improper installation of my awning. After multiple requests I have the texts to prove it and many pictures and pictures, he refuses to accept the fact that they put it on wrong. It was too big for the application and went out too far, and when the wind blew, it lifted the awning up, hung out on my gutters. Initial purchase and installation was great, however don't request any follow-up service. They do not respond to phone calls or e-mails. The one time we did reach them for service they told us "the next time we are in your area we will take care of your problem." That was 2 years ago!!!! Reached out to them several more times with no response. If I were the owner of Sunsetter I would be pulling this company from selling my product as they are giving Sunsetter a bad name. GREAT service. We were guided through making the right choice for less money than we thought.Though Sunsetter had some delays in producing our fabric, when it came in GNA was right on it. We were able to schedule installation immediately. The installation was done so efficiently and quickly! Strongly recommend this company.
Stay away from these guys they are dishonest and unprofessional. Jed is the owners son and he plays the part of salesman but is quite clueless. He came to my home and told me the project would be done in 3 weeks. I reluctantly gave him a check for 9500 dollars so they could order what was needed. He told me they have never done a job this big but that they could handle it.
