We have two girls that attend Glendale Heights Childcare. Currently they are six and three years old. The teachers and teachers assistants have been amazing. My children have had many teachers throughout the years. They have been in this childcare facility since birth. The teachers they've had throughout the years have all made special connections in different ways with each of my kids. I have nothing but great things to say about our experience with Glendale Heights. We started taking our son as a 5-month old, and as a first time parents, the staff made the transition incredibly smooth for our family. Our teachers kept in touch with us throughout the day (lots of photos!) via ProCare app and coordinated daily activities for playtime—working on age appropriate skillsets. The violations on this place are VERY concerning. Leaving children unattended, and swatting toddlers hands..I would not send my child here if I were you. Check out Wisconsin Department of Children and Families to see their violations from the last 3 years.

I cannot speak highly enough about our experience at Glendale Heights. The teachers are so caring and really know my children. Even the front office knows my kids by name! The communication is fantastic, and we even receive pictures and updates about what the classes do each day. My kids continually come home with academic skills that they have learned through fun activities. We are so happy that we decided to enroll our children at Glendale Heights.

We have been very happy sending our toddler to Glendale Heights for the past 2 years. Very caring personable staff and the teachers are engaged with the kids and their work. Classrooms are large in size and the outdoor play spaces are great.
