Watch the Coding for services. I was charged for my "annual" wellness visit...pap smear..breast exam. I was also charged for the "pee in the cup" separate as well as a Thyroid test which DID NOT happen AND an EXTRA office visit charge of $125.00 which Maribeth Loynes noted that I had Major Depressive Disorder not yet resolved.....REALLY. She has nothing to do with my meds (Zoloft) for depression WHICH I was diagnosed in 2009 when my mother died. DID NOT EVEN KNOW HER THEN. My primary Doctor takes care of this medication.
