I truly can’t say enough good things about this dental office. From the moment I walk in, I’m always greeted with kindness and genuine care. Ashley at the front desk is so helpful, so sweet, and patient, and her friendly smile immediately makes you feel welcome. Allison is hands down the BEST hygienist. Dr. Gildner and his staff are truly amazing and they all take the time to make the patient feel comfortable and heard, and never rushed. I have terrible dental anxiety and Dr. Gildner took the time to walk me through the procedure before it happened and was so patient with me. I’ll never love going to the dentist, but this office always makes my appointments comfortable.
Dr Gildner and all of the staff were exceptional! Dr Gildner is very knowledgeable and explained so much to me about my mouth health. He even screened for mouth cancer! Ashley is also very good and considerate ,and helped me to get scheduled right away when I was having a major issue with my teeth. I'm very impressed with them, and plan to make them my permanent dental group.
When we moved to Lexington we wanted to find a family dentist to care for all our needs. We moved from a large town and used a large corporate owned dental practice with multiple offices and the entire time we were there we felt like a number. We are so glad we found Dr Gildner and his staff. We feel welcome and a genuine overall care for us from the moment we walk in until we leave. Allison is the best! Dr. Gildner and his staff’s calm, caring approach is wonderful. He made the prepping for a tooth crown very tolerable. I wholeheartedly endorse him if you want a very caring dental experience.
