I truly can’t say enough good things about this dental office. From the moment I walk in, I’m always greeted with kindness and genuine care. Ashley at the front desk is so helpful, so sweet, and patient, and her friendly smile immediately makes you feel welcome. Allison is hands down the BEST hygienist. Dr Gildner and all of the staff were exceptional! Dr Gildner is very knowledgeable and explained so much to me about my mouth health. He even screened for mouth cancer! Ashley is also very good and considerate ,and helped me to get scheduled right away when I was having a major issue with my teeth. I'm very impressed with them, and plan to make them my permanent dental group.
When we moved to Lexington we wanted to find a family dentist to care for all our needs. We moved from a large town and used a large corporate owned dental practice with multiple offices and the entire time we were there we felt like a number. The office is very professional and welcoming. My hygienist, Anna, was very thorough and made the new patient experience very comfortable. Dr. Gildner took time to explain the results of the check-up and was happy to answer questions.
The staff is always so nice and Anna does such a great job with me and my toddler! Dr. Gildner is very knowledgeable and has always been willing to answer my questions. We're so glad to be at Gildner family dental!
