Absolutely fantastic experience. Top to bottom front to back and pleasure to work with. Going to the dentist is never a fun experience but they do their very best to put you at ease. I was a new patient and had an issue with my dental insurance. Ashley at the front desk did her best to make it work. Once I got it fixed on my end a quick call to Ashley she got me scheduled in same day. When I walked in, she welcomed me on sight despite having only met me once before. As always the entire staff is very friendly and professional from check in to check out. Allison was my hygienist today and she made me feel at ease and was great to work with. She has an awesome personality and is quick to make sure you are comfortable. With Dr Gildner I feel that he is concerned about my treatment and that I am getting the best care. He explains everything patiently and makes recommendations for my consideration. If you're looking for a great dentist this is the place to go.
Today was my first time going to Gildner Family dentistry & I can’t say enough good things about my experience and the staff. The hygienist, Allison was awesome & so easy to talk to and was gentle and took her time to make my teeth clean! Dr. Gildner was thorough and explained things to me in patient friendly terms which I greatly appreciated & gave me autonomy over my care! Dr Gildner and his staff were very accommodating of my concerns and worked with me, taking into consideration my situation and desires, while being straight with me about what they were seeing and all the possible options for care and treatment. I would also like to say that everyone in that office goes about their day with true joy. They greet you with a smile, have a servant's heart and give their best. I have never left there feeling worse than when I came in.
A person as myself with Dentophobia, My experience at this office was TOP TIER!! Walking in I was extremely nervous, Kelly and Ashley welcomed me with opened arms and explained everything with my insurance and options! The atmosphere was amazing!
