I am a new patient of Gentle Touch South. During my recent new patient exam, Shannon was very friendly and professional as she reviewed my records and administered X-rays. All of the staff members that I have spoken with at Gentle Touch South have been very welcoming and helpful.
Dr. Hong, preformed extensive dental work for me. She was so caring explaining everything she was doing. She was so attentive to detail. I am extremely happy with the care I received from Dr.Hong, and her staff. Thank you so much!!
Below you’ll see a post I made about this company at the time. I was very angry and I must say I wasn’t very fair. My main issue was with the billing department. What I don’t understand about this dental office we have already paid upfront for my husbands service and he is going in for fittings. He wasn’t able to make it today due to work. I have to pay a $60 fee before I can reschedule him. Umm we already paid the money up front for the procedure so it’s nowt like you are out the money but you still get charged a fee before we can reschedule. You can get a full set of dentures faster than what my husband is getting done most places in this country.
