For new patients, they make you come in once for X-rays then come in a second time for an actual cleaning which is bizarre. I thought I was just being too harsh thinking that but my coworkers and family said I was definitely being scammed cause that’s not normal. But I stuck through it and went for the cleaning and my hygienist wasn’t friendly and judgmental when I’d answer her questions. This office required payment for all services upfront, which I understood. However, after billing my insurance, additional charges appeared on the account. Rather than contacting me directly, they placed the balance on my father’s account, despite the fact that I am 20 years old and responsible for my own billing. Their lack of communication and poor account management is unacceptable. I will not be returning.
This is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Angie is my dental hygienist and she knows her stuff. She’s absolutely amazing! She’s so good at what she does and is so so smart. I’ve never felt more comfortable at a dentists office before.
I received excellent, friendly, and courteous treatment across my whole appointment from my primary dentist to those working at the front desk. I was nervous trying a new dentist but the staff at Gentle Touch Dental instantly helped me feel welcome and cared for. Overall everyone in that building radiated professionalism and a passion for what they were doing and created a new lifetime patient in doing so.
I gotta tell ya, for someone who has extreme anxiety issues when it comes to dentists, Gentle Touch knew exactly how to calm those fears. Dr. Huang, and Dr. Steele are phenomenal dentists that truly care about their patients. Highly recommend these professionals to anyone who needs dental work. You wont regret it
