I am a new patient of Gentle Touch South. During my recent new patient exam, Shannon was very friendly and professional as she reviewed my records and administered X-rays. All of the staff members that I have spoken with at Gentle Touch South have been very welcoming and helpful.
Dr. Hong, preformed extensive dental work for me. She was so caring explaining everything she was doing. She was so attentive to detail. I am extremely happy with the care I received from Dr.Hong, and her staff. Thank you so much!!
Below you’ll see a post I made about this company at the time. I was very angry and I must say I wasn’t very fair. My main issue was with the billing department. In the below response, I should’ve included how I felt overall about the place. I want to say that Dr. Steele, the people that Work alongside her are wonderful. I’m leaving this review to share a safety concern from my visit. During my appointment, I overheard staff conversations from other areas of the office due to the open ceiling design and sound carrying easily. Some of what I heard made me uncomfortable and raised concerns about how procedures were being done. During my own treatment, I noticed damage to a tooth that wasn’t there before.
