Great experience with Genson Overhead Door company. From the response from Doug the sales person to the installation. The installers were professional and did a great job on our garage doors
Repair team is excellent! Very thorough and professional, arrived and immediately assessed the issues with the door and performed the necessary repairs. Did adjustments and lubrication of all moving parts as needed. The door works as though it was new!
I made calls to four companies at 9 am on a Monday. Three said they couldn't come for a week. However, Genson Overhead Door had a technician at my house by 2 pm the same day. The following morning (Tuesday), I got a call confirming that my garage door would be fixed later that afternoon. In just about 12 hours, my door was fixed. I appreciate Genson Overhead Door's quick response. As of today, the 22nd, I'm still awaiting a call back from the other companies.
They saved me. The garage door broke Sunday evening. I called around trying to find someone to repair it. They came first thing Monday morning. The gentleman was polite and did a great job. Highly recommended.
