They saved me. The garage door broke Sunday evening. I called around trying to find someone to repair it. They came first thing Monday morning. The gentleman was polite and did a great job. Highly recommended.

Technician was very nice! He helped me move items around and then put them back when he was finished. He also made sure I understood what the problem was and what he did to fix my garage door. I appreciate the great communication and professionalism! Would highly recommend!

Repair team is excellent! Very thorough and professional, arrived and immediately assessed the issues with the door and performed the necessary repairs. Did adjustments and lubrication of all moving parts as needed. The door works as though it was new!

I made calls to four companies at 9 am on a Monday. Three said they couldn't come for a week. However, Genson Overhead Door had a technician at my house by 2 pm the same day. The following morning (Tuesday), I got a call confirming that my garage door would be fixed later that afternoon. In just about 12 hours, my door was fixed. I appreciate Genson Overhead Door's quick response. As of today, the 22nd, I'm still awaiting a call back from the other companies.
