When the Amazon delivery driver drove into our garage door, Genson’s was the company I called to fix it. They did a great job and the new doors look great. Genson’s is a very professional company and it was apparent the installation crew knew what they were doing and didn’t cut corners. I highly recommend Genson Overhead Door Company!
I had a new garage door installed by Genson in 2017 and that experience was second to none. This week I wanted to add an exterior key pad and Genson was there within a couple days. Not only did he quickly program and mount the key pad, J.R. provided full service maintenance - lubed all the joints and springs and tightened the chain, checked the balance and all points of operation. I called Genson because I’ve had good experiences with them at my previous house. When I called to make the appointment, I thought it would be at least a week out. To my pleasant surprise they said “how about tomorrow”? Unfortunately I was tied up but they were able to come the next day. Both of my garage doors needed some overdue TLC. Two men came out with their trucks and efficiently completed the job. I most definitely will use Genson again.
