When the Amazon delivery driver drove into our garage door, Genson’s was the company I called to fix it. They did a great job and the new doors look great. Genson’s is a very professional company and it was apparent the installation crew knew what they were doing and didn’t cut corners. I highly recommend Genson Overhead Door Company!

I had a new garage door installed by Genson in 2017 and that experience was second to none. This week I wanted to add an exterior key pad and Genson was there within a couple days. Not only did he quickly program and mount the key pad, J.R. provided full service maintenance - lubed all the joints and springs and tightened the chain, checked the balance and all points of operation. Great company and service. Only 4 stars because they ordered the wrong parts the first time but.....admitted it, corrected it, and advised when they came in. The appointment was kept, on time and Brian was very efficient. I would definitely use them again for my overhead door services. Thank you!

Genson Overhead Doors was easy to contact, a person picked up the phone. They sent technicians the next day to look at our broken tension spring and blocked it (temporary connection of the broken ends) restoring the function of the garage opener. They would have completed the job within two or three days but we were going out of town. We made an appointment for the day after we returned to have them install the new springs. I called Genson because I’ve had good experiences with them at my previous house. When I called to make the appointment, I thought it would be at least a week out. To my pleasant surprise they said “how about tomorrow”? Unfortunately I was tied up but they were able to come the next day. Both of my garage doors needed some overdue TLC. Two men came out with their trucks and efficiently completed the job. I most definitely will use Genson again.
