Cade is the absolute master with these machines. I have about 20 we have been storing for a client and all of them died. I called the gem factory in CA and they were no help. Took a couple to a local golf cart tech. He had no luck. Local Briggs gem dealer in JAX said they didn't service them even though they sell them. Called this dealer and they sent Cade out to service them. I was at the point where I thought I was going to have to spend over 4k a cart to replace the batteries. Nope.
