HIGHLY recommended! Best service I’ve ever received. Guy at the desk was overly kind and helpful. He guided me through the sometimes scary process of having your baby worked on which was especially true for me, since I normally do my own mechanical work. After wards he went so far as to drive my car home, stopping at the car wash, and grabbing me a coffee before dropping it off at my place. The team here is great! Maintenance for my bimmer took a little longer than usual due to parts, not on the shop. They kept me informed and the service was exemplary as always. And, any questions I had about our services they do not offer (tuning, detailing, and the like), Andrew gave me solid recommendations. Only shop I’ll trust for my M550!

My vehicle, which is new to me, for less than a year, has been in and out of your shop for months now, and I am extremely frustrated. I’ve been repeatedly assured that it was fixed, only to discover loose zip ties holding hoses together in my driveway last night. I had an amazing experience at Bavarian Autohaus. My car needed some urgent repairs, and they not only fixed it quickly but also gave me a great price, which was a relief. My dad always brought his vehicles here when he was alive so I thought I would bring in our BMW to get fixed. We weren’t sure what was wrong with it, but we had all new fuses put in the car and then when we got the diagnostic report back, they said fuses were missing and charged us $300 just for the diagnostic. Also, it took a week and a half for them just to tell us that and another week for them to get back to us so we could tow our car home because they only answer their phone about 30% of the time.
