The team at Gateway provided excellent service for my 1997 BMW Z3. I had just purchased it and I wanted Gateway to go through it and make sure "all systems are go." The team was always professional: they communicated clearly and promptly, and they did thorough work for a reasonable price. Their online reservation and bid approval system works great, too. Recommended.
Great experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. The prices are fair. They're quick and willing to work with you. I also like the online approval they send you. It makes it easier to respond if you can't take calls often at your job. I also like that they attach pictures with comments on what they see. Also if you have any questions, they're very knowledgeable and educate you on what would be good for preventative maintenance.
