Briggs Automotive is hands down the best service in this area. I have my Mom to thank for referring us to Matt (owner) and his friendly, courteous staff. Now I am referring everyone who has any automotive needs - I took my car into a different shop for the air conditioning last summer and they were going to charge me \$2800.!! Matt took a look & found that it was actually a \$300 fix - unbelievable! Thank you so much!!
Love these guys. They do a great job and are super honest. Can t get an better than that. You can always tell a place that has great service by how busy they are and they still take the time to explain things. I have never felt rushed. I ll never go anywhere else.

They had very friendly service and they were accommodating when I needed help getting my tuck dropped off and depending on them to get myself and my two young kids back to our house so we didnt have to wait in the waiting room. They even dropped the truck off later in the day at my house, so we wouldnt have to try to find a ride to get the truck back. Prices seemed fair and everything that needed to be fixed on my truck was clearly explained. Overall it was a great experience and I would go back.
Briggs Auto Service is reliable, fair, and professional. Matt and his crew are the best! Time and time again, they have proven their dependability. I was stranded at the visitor center just into Minnesota and had my vehicle towed to Briggs. Excellent people to work with. They had my vehicle in and looked at within a few hours. They didnt try to gouge me which is a fear I have when stranded. A+++ service. I wish they were in Eau Claire instead of Hudson.

My family and I were visiting Hudson from Atlanta recently and received exceptional service at Briggs. It is stressful visiting a new area and working with a new mechanic, but I was at ease from the first time I called to make an appointment. I was truly impressed and will bring my car there anytime we are in the area and need service.
I have been to and referred many people here and everyone I send to them comes back impressed with the quality and price of their work. They are just a good bunch of guys that know their way around with a wrench. we have all been to those shops where you walk in take a number sit down wait an hour just to have them tell you they have to take your tires off to change your wiper blade and it will only cost more than you have.
