Gary was able to connect services for my brother, manage the activities of the one to one aides from an agency and intervene on my behalf with the management of the residential setting my brother lived in for a number of years. That management was impossible for me to deal with for reasons that are inexplicable. Gary worked more than diligently on my behalf for my brother's well being. Additionally it allowed me to keep my sanity. I am most grateful for his service .
