BEWARE!! The absolute most unprofessional people I have ever worked with. Our agent, Mary Rosecrans, did not do an estimated net sheet so we were going in blind and it caused issues with our end numbers, she said she don't do numbers. She lied to us about being in a bidding war causing us to pay 11k more than asking for no reason. She bribed the selling agent to take our bid. She conned us into skipping a personal inspection to win a nonexisting bidding war only to find the house was in dier disrepair under all the coverup ... read more

Doesn't deserve a star. Only reason I went thru them was because my family had previously used them. They are unprofessional, they ignore texts and email, they give false information, they don't listen to what I want. They leave lights and fans on and doors unlocked. I could go on but just wanted to say it was the worst decision I made going with them. Lost my father and didn't need all this extra stress and grief. I really feel I have been taken advantaged of because of being a woman. Just want to be let out of my agreement... read more
WARNING!!!!!!!! This is gonna be a long post... The house we was waiting to close on fall thought. We are not getting that house, We did everything we was ask to do. if it wasn't one thing it was another... I was told that we would be closing on the house by this Friday.
