We had an emotional sale and Mark was kind, courteous, patient, and very helpful through the complete process. He gave us some good meaningful advice on improvements that we could tackle on our own and recommendations that we might want to consider having the professionals perform. Mark helped me with the selling of my parents home. His knowledge of the area (Flat Rock) and real estate in general was a blessing. His assistance with the tasks necessary before even listing was invaluable. Not to mention it sold in less than a week for over asking, this one might have been at least in part due to the market at the time but still kudos to Mark.
