Words cannot express how grateful I am for Ken and Caitlin and your wonderful staff. Everyone was amazing, compassionate and thoughtful. The staff was wonderful in helping me with all the final arrangements for both of my parents. Thank you for being there for me and my family during the loss of our parents.

After my father passed. We had the comfort of knowing Ken Luff would be managing the arrangements for my father. We’ve had Ken help our family in the past and we knew we were in good hands. Ken was very respectful and calming when helping me and my sisters. Our dad was a Navy veteran, Ken knew this and knew exactly what to do to get our dad to the Sarasota National Cemetery. He made all of the arrangement decisions easy with his knowledgeable and caring demeanor. We highly recommend Ken Luff at Fuller Metz.

The staff at Fuller Metz Funeral Home were very helpful and professional when our Mother and Father passed recently. Their funeral home was a beautiful location to hold a service and they provided transportation to the cemetery in Fort Myers. We were very happy with the services they provided and did a great job dealing with all the aspects of arranging both services. From start to finish my experience has been excellent and full of support and compassion. Jocelyn Ryan and Susan Sardinha have been instrumental and working with my family and dealing with the extreme circumstances of my Aunt and Uncles sudden death. Thanks both for your continued support over the last few weeks. I cannot express how much of an outstanding impression I have with all the staff and your ability to adapt with our unique needs.
