I really cannot say enough about Brandon and ALL of the wonderful staff at French Manor Terra. My mom was in one of the memory care wings there for over a year and passed away recently. She was truly loved and cared for there. In fact, I felt like I found a family there. So many people looked after her, and me, especially during the roughest times. I am an Occupational Therapist and have worked in a variety of elder care settings. I cannot begin to tell you how impressed I have been with Director Brandon Ackerman And his staff with their Terra memory care program. Not only is it a beautiful facility, the people who work there are EXCPTIONAL! Day one they all shook my hand and called me by name, they made sure he had all he needed, and provided such a kind, caring approach to all residents- I was blown away!
