I cannot say enough good things about French Manor Terra. This assisted living facility has been a wonderful place for my mother, and I am truly grateful for the care she receives here. The facility itself is fairly new, beautifully maintained, and located in a great area, which makes visits easy and enjoyable. What really sets French Manor Terra apart is the incredible team. I really cannot say enough about Brandon and ALL of the wonderful staff at French Manor Terra. My mom was in one of the memory care wings there for over a year and passed away recently. She was truly loved and cared for there. In fact, I felt like I found a family there. So many people looked after her, and me, especially during the roughest times. Everyone was very kind and helpful, from the caregivers to the management, including the cooks. When we had dietary issues, they were quick to make individualized menu changes. When dad had any issues, they worked with me to resolve the problem. I would highly recommend this establishment for any loved one’s care.

Everyone at Terra, from administration to janitorial, has been wonderfully kind and helpful as my husband makes this difficult transition to memory care. Just as important, they are knowledgeable, well trained individuals.

I am an Occupational Therapist and have worked in a variety of elder care settings. I cannot begin to tell you how impressed I have been with Director Brandon Ackerman And his staff with their Terra memory care program. Not only is it a beautiful facility, the people who work there are EXCPTIONAL! Day one they all shook my hand and called me by name, they made sure he had all he needed, and provided such a kind, caring approach to all residents- I was blown away!
