We have been so pleased with our apartment and apartment family here. The one bedroom is comfortable and is big enough for me and my husband. Nice closets throughout, the view is fantastic from the unit we are in, most residents have a good view of the walking trail.
We moved here in 2021 and have enjoyed living here and meeting new people. The office and maintenance staff have been amazing. They continue to make this a beautiful place to live.
The employees are absolutely amazing. They remember everybody’s name they remember things about them very true talent amazing people. I’m so glad I live here.
The staff truly cares about their residents and enjoying where they live. Highly recommend working with Samuelson Development, and especially Caleb.
Lived here for three years, overpriced and outdated. Leasing agents move through the office so fast that they can't do the job properly. The Shower in the apartment above leaked, and they ran an industrial-sized dehumidifier for three months to fix it. They refused to supplement the electric bill when it went up an extra $300 a month. Moving out, I was charged many different, odd, outrageous fees ($25 to clean a microwave?) Just one more way they can squeeze every dollar out of you.
