After being failed by big corporate pharmacies, I returned to the pharmacy my family had used when I was growing up here in Fort Myers. I’m never going back to W or C. Customer service here is amazing. They communicate with you regarding the status of your Rx. Prices are great. Rich, Ross and the techs can’t be beat.
This pharmacy does exactly as intended. Corporate pharmacies have lost its integrity when individual pharmacist who work in them started to evaluate clients on their own opinions. I never felt so ugly when I spoke to one at CVS. I pray I never meet another person like that ever again. It wasn't an isolated case either. The BEST prescription shop you will find In Florida, the Owner is just an Awesome guy, who actually listens to his customers requests, needs/wants . The shop is always super clean and the staff have big smiles on their faces ready to welcome you in. Should a problem arise they are quick to fix it. Rich and The Fort Myers Prescription Shop are excellent!! They go above and beyond your normal pharmacy!!! Don’t go to to the other guys ( Walgreens or CVS) where you are just another number! The FMPS treats you like family and their prices crush the other guys!!
