We bought a house that Focal built in 2020 and have been extremely happy with both the quality of the house and the quality of their customer service. In the first year that we lived here we had some minor issues that they addressed quickly and thoroughly. We thought about adding a pool and pool house and they came out to do a quote. We used Focal to covert the space above our garage into to a bonus space and conditioned storage. They were great to work with as kept us informed every step of the way. We really enjoyed working with them and recommend them for remodeling projects. Additionally if you’re looking to build a new home they have built some wonderful homes in our neighborhood.
